Amouranth Announces OnlyFans Retirement, Investment in Twitch Amid 'Career Pivot'

Popular Twitch streamer, cosplayer, model and content creator Kaitlyn "Amouranth" Siragusa announced she will soon be retiring from creating OnlyFans content amid plans to go "all-in" on a career pivot perhaps revolving around reimagining legacy media.

The announcement was made via Amouranth's personal Twitter account on Tuesday, where she also revealed she had just made a $350,000 - $400,000 investment in content on Twitch.

"End of an era," Amouranth wrote on Twitter. "It's time to stop being an e-girl cold turkey and quit [OnlyFans] in June. Going all out til then, will go out with a bang — grand finale."

The 28-year-old Houston-native has long been one of the most popular influencers in the country in recent years. In addition to reportedly remaining among the top earners on both Twitch and OnlyFans, the reigning Best ASMR Streamer of the year has also been known for cultivating an investment portfolio that includes buying into multiple gas stations, an inflatable pool company, and Activision Blizzard stock.

"Outcome is binary, either it works or it doesn’t," Amouranth said on Twitter. "We’re ALL-IN. I’ve often talked about a career pivot. But I’ve sort of been picking my spot, investing, accruing capital and deploying it when opportunities make sense.

"I’m making a big investment in content that’s different than anything I’ve ever made. We’re moving 'influencer' and 'creator economy' into what is traditionally the domain and competency of legacy media."

Noting that this year might be the time to strike while the iron's hot, with "economic dislocation vis-Ã -vis inflation," "stocks drawing down" and "financing becoming harder to obtain or expensive due to interest rates," Amouranth also extended an offer to any creators interested in learning about the moves she's been making.

Amouranth plans to reveal more details about her plans in the coming weeks.
