During a recent stream, Kick streamer Cuffem threatened to ‘kill’ Twitch star HasanAbi as the conflict between Hasan and Adin Ross rages on. News of Ross's celebration of issuing ‘false copyright strikes’ to numerous YouTubers who had utilized his likeness in a video surfaced on April 30.
One of the affected creators was Twitch star Hasan, who swiftly responded to Ross' joy by writing on Twitter that he was ‘hitting new levels of stupidity I never knew were reachable.’ The conflict between Ross and Hasan has now escalated to the point where Kick broadcaster Cuffem threatened to "kill" Hasan on a recent stream.

‘We gonna go to war’
Cuffem called out the Twitch star during a recent stream on his Kick channel while listening to the song ‘Never Broke Again’ by YoungBoy. He said, “Play with me, Hasan. We gonna go to war. I swear to god. We gonna purge your ass, Hasan. We gonna kill you, boy.”
Cuffem has frequently shown his support for Ross, which has led some people to conclude that his threat against Hasan has anything to do with the recent criticism he made of Adin after receiving a ‘false copyright’ strike. Adin's right to copyright strike videos that contain snippets of himself is being defended by many, with some claiming he has this right on the site.
During his recent stream, HasanAbi attacked Ross in response to reports that Ross had wrongfully claimed copyright against a smaller YouTuber, costing them thousands of dollars in revenue.
What are the copyright rules?
A work may be used in small amounts, including quotes, for purposes such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, and scholarly reports, according to the US Copyright Office. Hasan's response to a video clip of Adin's stream would serve as a perfect illustration of this. Hasan has not yet responded to Cuffem's threats, but if he does, we'll be sure to let you know.
