League of Legends Patch 12.14 is expected to come next week on July 24, and Riot developers have just released some sneak peaks into what changes will be made with the new patch. League of Legends Developer Matt Leung-Harrison (@RiotPhroxzon) posted some content from Patch 12.14 on Twitter, and stated that this will be the last set of major changes after the durability patch, and future updates will move towards focusing on stabilizing Champions and moving towards preseason. Until then, here's everything we know so far about Patch 12.14.

The Tweet outlines some of the important changes coming to the next patch including nerfs to healing (including nerfs to basic Health Potions and Corrupting Potions), various buffs and nerfs to different Runes (including a nerf to Biscuit Delivery and Guardian, buffs to Scorch and Sudden Impact, and more), as well as buffs to many of the Jungle Monster effects.

Another Tweet also revealed which Champions are getting buffs, nerfs, and adjustments in the next patch. Pantheon (Jungle), Jarvan IV, Teemo, Alistar, LeBlanc, and Varus, will all be getting nerfs. Sivir, Yuumi, Seraphine (Bot), Gnar, Zeri, and Renata will also receive nerfs. Wukong, Aatrox, Rhaast, Janna, and Gangplank will all be getting adjustments.

While we don't know the details surrounding most Champion changes yet, Gangplank's adjustments have been revealed. According to Matt, these changes seek to weaken him during the early game laning phase, and encourage him to deal more damage outside of his barrels.
