Resident Evil 2's Hiding Place photos are the key to finding some of the game's secret items, which can be valuable assets in surviving the horrors of Raccoon City. While the rewards vary based on the character who discovers them, they're guaranteed to be rare and powerful tools. Here's everything you need to know about Resident Evil 2's Hiding Place photos.

The first step to finding the rewards at the end of the rainbow is to pick up the Hiding Places film roll itself. Players can find the roll in the workroom on the top floor of the sewers section. Taking the lift from the main sewer tunnel will bring you to the right room. The Hiding Places photo roll lies on a table between an open cardboard box and an open white and black carrying case.

With the Hiding Places roll in hand, head to the darkroom on the ground floor of the police station to develop it to get your hints on where to find each secret.

Developed photos in hand, head upstairs from the darkroom, through the bathroom, and down a hallway. Turn left to the S.T.A.R.S. office, then into the private office within. Stand in front of the desk drawers and you'll be able to open them up to search. If you're playing as Leon, you'll find a laser sight for the Magnum Edge; as Claire, you'll get an extended magazine for the SMG.

The second photo will send you to the press room on the ground floor. Look out for the boombox in the photo, which should be sitting on a table with a drawer for you to search. As Leon, you'll find 400 flamethrower fuel, while as Claire you'll find needles for the Spark Shot.

Once both secrets have been collected, the Treasure Hunter achievement should pop, and you'll be ready to fight another round of zombies.
