Pokémon GO's October Community Day is just around the corner, but when does it start?
Pokémon GO has no shortage of in-game events for players to engage with. The Season of Light has so far brought players plenty of Pokémon to catch and challenges to complete, and its showing no signs of slowing down. This month, Pokémon GO's upcoming Community Day features Litwick, showing up more frequently in the wild with the possibility of being Shiny.
Players can also evolve Lampent (Litwick’s Evolution) during the event or up to five hours afterward to get a Chandelure with the Charged Attack Poltergeist. Plenty of other event bonuses will be in play, including more XP for catching Pokémon, longer Incense times, and more.
When Does the October Community Day 2022 Start in Pokémon GO?
Pokémon GO's October Community Day starts on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Players will only have three hours to make the most of what the event has to offer.
For $1.00 players also be able to access the Litwick Community Day exclusive Special Research story, Field Notes: Trick of the Light.
After the three-hour Community Day event ends, players will be able to take on four-star Raid Battles. Victory in the raids will cause more Litwick to appear around the hosting Gym for 30 minutes.
