Did Judice know the victim before?
As per the probable cause affidavit, the suspect and the victim whose identity has not been disclosed had never met in person before the assault as they have met online and conversed only for a few minutes. During the conversation, the victim agreed to meet the suspect at his apartment in West Nashville to play Nintendo together. Later, the victim arrived at his home and he began telling her about his "sexual interests" and invited her into his bedroom, as per the victim's statement given to police.
'Don’t make me make this tighter,' said Judice when he tied up the victim
After the two got into his bedroom, "(the victim) was under the impression they were going to be playing Nintendo, as it was in the bedroom and had been mentioned in the messages," read the affidavit. However, he allegedly began attacking the woman and got on top of her. He then used a rope and bound her arms and legs and gagged her.
"Don't make me make this tighter," Judice told the victim when she tried to get out of her bonds. He then "violently raped" the woman and repeatedly told her to "shut up," as per the victim's statement to the police.
Following the assault, the woman sustained multiple wounds and took an Uber to shift her to the hospital. She underwent emergency surgency as she suffered three internal lacerations and had to stay at the facility for several days. The suspect told authorities that the sex "was consensual." He has filed his own report to the police and it is unknown what he has reported, reported WKRN.
