Easter is fast-approaching and it seems the celebrations are about to kick off on the Fortnite island. While the struggle for control is still raging between the Resistance and the IO, it seems there's always time for some holiday festivities somewhere.
According to known Fortnite dataminer Shiina, the explosive Egg Launcher has made its way back to the island. Thanks to the latest map update, that seems to have been proven true. Players can once again get their hands on this Legendary item - but where can you find it?
Where to Find the Egg Launcher in Fortnite Chapter 3: Season 2
Weapons in Fortnite are rarely found in specific spots, and the same rings true for the Egg Launcher. This event weapon can be found scattered around the island, as both ground loot and in chests. However, the variant might differ depending on where you find it.
Players are more likely to come across the blue 'Rare' variant as ground loot while finding 'Epic' and above variants in chests.
In addition to the Egg Launcher, players can also find Bouncy Eggs dotted around. These consumables will lower a player's gravity, allowing them to bounce across the land.
It's probably safe to assume these new additions won't be sticking around for long, likely set to be vaulted again once the holidays are over. Be sure to try them out while you can.
